The Cottage On the Brook is gorgeous.  Perfect based for our expedition to Scafell Pike and riding at Whinlatter Forest.  We had a 5* breakfast in the cafe at the Village Shop - a recommendation for the Welcome Brochure.  Thank you for a great stay

Wonderful stay!   Thanks for making the weather clear on Saturday too!   Great location and loved the local walks.  Super cosy with the log burner and games.  The dogs LOVED it too!  Can't wait to come back soon
